Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and lead generation through in-person meetings, phone calls, online, and open houses
  • Working closely with buyers and sellers to lead the sales transaction
  • Negotiating contracts and handling client issues
  • Keep up to date with the local real estate community

Ideal Candidate

  • Have an active real estate license
  • Over $2 Million in transaction production over the past 2 years
  • A great communicator who loves working with people
  • Someone who is hungry, humble, and teachable
  • Real estate experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic, and a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor
  • Highly optimistic, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technology

Builder Relations Team Application

Our real estate office is seeking an in-house Spanish Speaking transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved. Qualifications
  • Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
  • Real estate license preferred
  • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and processes (minimum 2 years of experience)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
