Gerrod is a life-long resident of Katy, Texas, and a graduate of James E. Taylor High School. After finishing his undergraduate degree at the University of Houston he decided to pursue a career in real estate.

As a descendent of one of Katy’s early rice farming families, Gerrod has a deep knowledge and understanding of the area, its history, and the great people that live here, making him an Area Expert.
